What the Space Clearing Kit Contains
The Space Clearing Kit contains various types of incense and is comprised of two different types of sage smudge sticks using Shasta and Black Sage. A room spray uses essential oils of May Chang and Bergamot. The kit also contains a bundle of Palo Santo wood sticks.

Smudge Sticks
The smudge sticks can be used for cleansing of the aura, for example before meditation or prayer. The routine of smudging can help calm the chattering mind ready for meditation with the scent as a sensory prompt. Smudge sticks are often used by body workers and therapists before treatments to cleanse themselves and their treatment rooms. I use incense and smudging before my own energy healing sessions. Smudging has long been used to connect to the spiritual realm or enhance intuition. Burning sage or smudge can lift one’s mood. It can therefore also be a great ally against stress. The space clearing can also be used to clear and reenergise your space, be it the home where you live or a work place.
Essential Oils
May Chang & Bergamot Essential Oil Mist has the beautifully combined warm and uplifting lemon aroma of May Chang essential oil and fresh, sweet, and citrusy Bergamot essential oil. This room mist will help create the prefect atmosphere in your home.
May Chang essential oil has been utilised for its wonderful uplifting and relaxing properties and may be useful during times of fatigue, melancholy and anxiety.
Bergamot essential oil is a fresh, bright relaxing scent and is commonly used in aromatherapy. It may help to elevate mood and alleviate stress. The room spray in the cleansing kit is made in England with Yorkshire Water, Witch Hazel and essential oils.
Holy Wood - Palo Santo
Palo Santo means holy wood and originates from the native Indians in South America. They have used it for centuries during ceremonies to clear the aura and to heal from negative influences. The fragrance can be described as a warm, wooden and light aroma with a sweeter finish.
